Welcome to Parkdale Primary School

On behalf of Parkdale Primary School, I would like to extend a very warm welcome to you and your family. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your child’s learning journey during their primary school years.

Our aim at Parkdale Primary is to maximise opportunities for all students to achieve their full potential in a safe, happy and supportive environment.

We offer a current, relevant and engaging curriculum. Literacy and Numeracy are priority curriculum areas and have dedicated teaching times throughout the day. Our students also have access to a variety of specialist curriculum areas including Physical Education, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, Japanese, and STEAM/Environmental studies. Digital Technologies is incorporated into classroom teaching and learning activities.

Our children enjoy using our outstanding facilities including a full size gymnasium, state of the art oval, technology, year level library and arts facilities.

Our school has a committed and caring staff, who provide a happy and challenging educational experience for your child. We provide varied activities and challenges to produce confident children able to deal with today’s complex society.

We value the assistance of our parents, who in partnership with our staff provide quality learning experiences that maximise our student learning outcomes. This is reflected in the school’s motto “Together We Achieve”.
